PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems caused by careless touching of a switch during wallpaper gluing. SOLUTION: A control unit includes an auxiliary function processor for performing an auxiliary function separated from a processor beforehand. The auxiliary function processor includes select items indicating a name of processing to selected and performed from processing performing a gluing operation, a selection input device for selecting a select item, and a performance instruction input device for instructing proceeding to processing selected by the selection input device. A standby mode setter includes a standby mode performance instruction device, and a standby mode performance canceling device. The standby mode performance instruction device measures continuance time of the non-operation state of a gluing operation, and performs a standby mode when the continuance time exceeds preset permissible continuance time or based on a signal from a standby mode performance instruction switch. The standby mode performance canceling device determines standby mode performance cancellation when an operation where a switch or a control key has been set beforehand is performed.
