PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for fitting and removing a sprinkler head accessory reducing a burden of a worker when a cover plate, a ceiling plate and the like are mounted on the sprinkler head. SOLUTION: A sprinkler head accessory fills a hole drilled in a setting position of a sprinkler head S on a ceiling or a wall surface, and a tool is used for fitting and removing the sprinkler head accessory to the sprinkler head, and the tool has a body 2 for supporting the sprinkler head accessory 4 and a holding body 3 for holding the sprinkler head accessory 4 on the body 2.
