PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the employee's work to close a game parlor. SOLUTION: A card T/C 50 creates operating limit setting for associating operating limit items for limiting the operation of a CR unit keeping the control of handling of various cards such as general cards or member cards or the control of paying out of Pachinko game balls related with an operation control-starting time for starting operating limit relating to the operating limit items, and delivers the operating limit setting to the CR unit.
