PURPOSE: A printing plate is provided to prevent the contact phenomena with the bottom surface of the printing plate and a printing roller. CONSTITUTION: The printing plate includes: a base substrate(101) having the first and the second parts; a single groove pattern(114) formed in the first area; and an elongated groove pattern(116), in which the section is the staircase type, formed with the depth deeper and the long width than a single groove pattern in the second part. The elongated groove pattern includes an upper elongated groove pattern having the depth equaling with the single groove pattern and the width longer than the single groove pattern; and a lower part elongated groove pattern having the width smalls than the elongated groove pattern and longer than the single groove pattern and the depth more than the single groove pattern depth.
