COFFEE BREWING DEVICE

A coffee brewing device comprises a brewing bracket (12) and a coffee hopper component provided in the brewing bracket (12). A brewing head with a water inlet (2. 1) is provided above the coffee hopper component. A brewing cavity (A) is formed between the brewing head and the coffee hopper component. The coffee hopper component is driven by a brewing driving mechanism which comprises slide blocks (7, 8) and a push block (17) for driving the slide blocks (7, 8) to linearly move up and down. The coffee hopper component is vertically and glidingly installed in the brewing bracket (12) via the slide blocks (7, 8). The push block (17) is horizontally, linearly and glidingly installed between the brewing bracket (12) and the coffee hopper component. A rotating arm (20) is provided at one side of the brewing bracket (12). The rotating arm (20) is connected with the push block (17) by the crankshaft drive or the gear and rack gearing. One end of the rotating arm (20) is connected with the brewing bracket (12), the other end is connected with a brewing handle (19). The coffee hopper component of the coffee brewing device is driven to move linearly up and down by the push block (17) and the slide blocks (7, 8) with the rotation of the brewing handle (19), so that the brewing cavity (A) is sealed or opened. The coffee brewing device is simple and rational in structure, and is convenient to operate.
