PURPOSE: An electrophoretic display apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to minimize coupling phenomenon by applying data voltages corresponding to a first horizontal period to a data lines in advance. CONSTITUTION: A data voltage is provided to data lines during the data valid supply period(DAP) of a first frame(Fx). An anti-coupling signal is supplied to the data lines during the blank period(BP) of a first frame. The data voltage is generated during a super-frame. A data driver latches super frame digital image data.
