METHOD OF MANUFACTURING TUBE CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean manufacturing method having a simple configuration and capable of correcting distortion.

SOLUTION: The method 1 of manufacturing a tube container includes: a process of welding both ends of a raw fabric sheet to form a cylindrical shape; a process 4 of cutting a sleeve at fixed intervals; a process 5 of welding a head part molded body including a mouth part and a shoulder part at one end of the sleeve; and other processes. The method 1 of manufacturing the tube container further includes a process 3 of blowing steam at 100-200°C to the outer periphery of the formed cylindrical sleeve. By blowing the high-temperature steam, distortion generated in the vicinity of the welded portion of the cylindrical sleeve is released, so as to make the cross sectional shape close to a true circle.
