<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a electrowinning system capable of suppressing the accumulation of a side reaction product on an anode and the resultant increase of electrolysis voltage due to the accumulation and an electrolytic winning method using the system. <P>SOLUTION: The electrowinning system is for depositing a desired metal on a cathode by passing prescribed electrolytic current between the anode and the cathode arranged in an electrolyte.
