PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital photo frame that displays images in full-screen mode in a proper order, according to the direction of arranging the digital photo frame.

SOLUTION: When a CPU 201 of the digital photo frame 100 acquires an image and receives a display start instruction, the CPU determines the direction of arranging the photo frame 100, sorts images by imaging direction by using imaging information when the images are captured, reads the images corresponding to the direction of the digital photo frame 100, and starts displaying the images.
