<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black curable composition for a wafer level lens, the composition excellent in developability upon forming a pattern and excellent in the adhesiveness of a light-shielding film formed therefrom with a lens, and to provide a wafer level lens which can be easily manufactured and has appropriately adjusted luminous energy by the presence of a light-shielding film formed of the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The black curable composition for a wafer level lens contains (A) an inorganic pigment, (B) a dispersion resin having a phosphoric acid group or a sulfonic acid group in the molecule, (C) a polymerization initiator, and (D) a polymerization compound.
