<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which can reduce deteriorations of image qualities. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device (U) includes a first unit (U1) including a first carry path (SH3), a first carrier (Rh) and a first drive source (M3); a second unit (U2) including a second carry path (SH21), a second carrier (MRa) and a second drive source (M21); a medium length checker (C1h) to check whether the length of the medium (S) is longer than the reference length (S0); and a carry speed controller (C1i+C2h) to carry the medium (S) by keeping the first carrier (Rh) and the second carrier (MRa) at a low-speed (V1) when the medium is shorter than the reference length (S0), and to change the first carrier (Rh) to a high carry speed (V1) after changing the speed of the second carrier (MRa) to a high carry speed (V2) at the accelerating period (Tz) of the long medium speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
