PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat seal packaging device which starts packaging work rapidly without applying damage to a lid film even if a heating plate is not changed when the number of replacing containers is changed. SOLUTION: In a heat-seal packaging device including a container-transferring unit for transferring a container 2 for use in storing a packaged item W, a unit for supplying a lid film for covering an opening part of the container, and a sealing unit E for heat melting and adhering the lid film 3, the sealing unit E is provided with a flat-plate-like heating plate 9 having a heat generating part 10 at its upper part opposing against a lower frame part 8 for supporting the container, and the heating plate is provided with an air blowing part 11 for use in blowing air onto the surface of the lid film covering at least the opening part of the container.
