PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous film having excellent pore characteristics, flexibility, handling and molding workability and further film strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance and durability by crosslinking structure formation and a method of producing the same. SOLUTION: The porous film in which many micropores are present comprises a composition containing a polymer having a cross-linkable functional group as an essential component and a cross-linking agent cross-linking the cross-linkable functional group.
