PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a foaming member which can mount a foaming member to a mounted member with high accuracy, and prevent clips from being applied by an excessive load by vibration even when there is a small number of clips. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of foaming molded member is as follows: an EA member 1 is equipped with an EA member body 2 and clip 20 for mounting the EA member body 2 to a car body sheet metal 10. The clip 20 is integrally molded with the EA member body 2. A clip locking hole 11 to which the clip 20 is locked is arranged in an EA member mounting region of the car body sheet metal 10. A convex section 12 as a positioning means of the EA member 1 is arranged in each of the EA member mounting region of the car body sheet metal 10. The EA member body 2 is prevented from rotating by contacting the convex section 12 with a side surface of the EA member body 2 even when the EA member body 2 wants to rotate by making the clip 20 be a center of the rotation by the vibration at the time of vehicle running.
