PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which can constantly maintain a ball flight state of a shooting ball successfully regardless of the occurrence of a foul ball, and can smoothly discharge the foul ball in a shooting path. SOLUTION: A guide member 33 is arranged on the upper side of a shooting path 32 so as to be parallel with the shooting path, and a ball receiving member 43 for putting supplied pinballs thereon is arranged on the lower side of a shooting position 38. An upper surface of the ball receiving member 43 inclines downward to the shooting position 38 side and an interval between the upper surface of the ball receiving member 43 and a lower surface of the guide member 33 is gradually extended with a progression to an outer rail 5b side from the shooting position 38 when seeing a body frame 2 from the font. An interval between an end part of the ball receiving part 43 on the shooting position 38 side and an end part of the guide member 33 on the shooting position 38 side is set at a gap dimension shorter than a diameter dimension of the pinball. A foul ball path 50 for guiding the pinball which falls from the ball receiving member 43 without being shot to an opposite side of the shooting position 38 in the ball receiving member by a ball shooting device 39 into a ball tray 21 is formed.
