A pouring device by which the user can pour a medical liquid with a reduced force. A containing chamber (S1) for extrusion and a containing chamber (S2) for pouring are connected to each other so that, when one of both chambers (S1, S2) expands, the other contracts. Switching a switching valve (9) to an open position with the containing chamber (S2) for pouring filled with an amount of medical liquid which is greater than or equal to a predetermined amount causes the containing chamber (S1) for extrusion to expand an amount corresponding to the discharge pressure of a medical liquid pump (2). This causes the containing chamber (S2) for pouring to contract to deliver the predetermined amount of the medical liquid.
