PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display plate excellent in design properties, wherein failure such as a crack or peeling is prevented from occurring in an ink film; and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A print film layer 3 and an overcoat layer 4 are formed on a resin substrate 2 and the print film layer 3, respectively. For example, a polycarbonate is used for forming the resin substrate 2, wherein the polycarbonate is excellent in heat moldability, is translucent and is suitable for the adhesion to a UV-curing ink. The print film layer 3 is formed by ejecting the UV-curing ink through inkjet printing and curing the UV-curing ink through radiation of ultra-violet (UV) ray. The overcoat layer 4 is formed through screen printing and the UV-radiation curing to planarize the unevenness on a surface of the print film layer 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
