<p>Provided are a nanohybrid nitrogen monoxide detecting sensor comprising semiconducting quantum dots which fluoresce and a transition metal compound, and a production method therefor. The nitrogen monoxide detecting sensor of the present invention employs a nanohybrid structure resulting from the binding of nanoparticles exhibiting semiconductor characteristics and a molecular recognizer which is able to selectively bind to nitrogen monoxide, and the sensor can detect nitrogen monoxide in very small amounts by fluorescing when nitrogen monoxide is detected.</p>
