PURPOSE: An insulator which includes an optical cable is provided to insert an optical cable into an insulator which includes an insulation interval to have optical communication, thereby increasing the stability and efficiency in communication. CONSTITUTION: An optical cable(30) connects a first connection point(10) with a second connection point(20). The optical cable comprises silicon guides(15,25) for protecting a drawing unit of the optical cable. The optical cable is spirally wound on a core unit(50). A first support unit(55) and a second support unit(57) support a core unit and an external skin unit(40). The external skin unit comprises a polymer material.
