PURPOSE: A thin sheet casting roll polymer auto deposition equipment and a coating method thereof are provided to deposit the polymer with constant amount per square of the surface of casting roll, and improve the precision in the minute dimple processing. CONSTITUTION: The thin sheet casting roll polymer auto deposition equipment includes: a nozzle transfer guide formed on an upper part of a main body into the horizontal length direction; a nozzle(2), perpendicularly connected to the nozzle transfer guide, for coating the polymer onto a surface of a casting roll as horizontally moving with side-to-side directions; a polymer storage(3) pressurizing the polymer with a constant pressure and provided to the nozzle; an automatic control(4) controlling the deposition pressure of the nozzle, and the rolling speed of the casting roll, the feeding speed of the nozzle; and a nozzle feed motor moving the nozzle from side to side direction.
