PURPOSE: An intelligent bed device based on dormant state recognition is provided to create an optimal sleep environment by determining the dormant state of a user. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent bed device based on dormant state recognition comprises: a sensor unit(100) which is built in a mattress and outputs one or more sensing data according to the sensing result; and a signal processing unit(200) which evaluates the sleep satisfaction of a user and outputs a control signal in order to provide an optimal sleep environment to a user by controlling a plurality of instruments according to the evaluation result.
