PURPOSE: A producing method of health functional food using a jellyfish extract is provided to offer the food to users with atopy, and to prevent the tolerance from the users after intaking for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of health functional food using a jellyfish extract comprises the following steps: crushing 10~20wt% of humulus scandens, 10~15wt% of rubia cordifolia, 5~10wt% of xanthium strumarium, 10~20wt% of platycodon grandiflorum roots, 15~30wt% of myriophyllum verticillatum, 10~15wt% of ceramium kondoi, 10~20wt% of ginkgo, and 15~30wt% of lotus; inserting the crushed ingredients in a fermentation tank, and adding the jellyfish extract, a fermentation catalyst, and lactobacillus before sealing the tank; fermenting the mixture for 30~90days at 30~50deg C; extracting the fermented mixture; and refining the obtained extract.
