DECORATION SHEET WITH HIGH WEATHER RESISTANCE AND HAIR LINE

PURPOSE: A high weatherability decoration sheet embodied hair lines and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the adhesive force between a sheet of the metal material in which the hair line is formed and a sheet of the nonmetallic material. CONSTITUTION: The high weatherability decoration sheet embodied hair lines includes: a polyvinylchloride layer(110) having a lower surface adhered to an extraneous as an objected material; a hair line printing layer(130) formed into the material in which the aluminum and acryl are mixed, and including a lower surface attached to the upper surface and an upper surface in which the hair line is formed; and an acryl layer(150) including an upper surface exposing to the external environment and a lower surface attached to the upper surface of the hair line printing layer. The thickness of the hair line printing layer is formed in 3 to 10 micro range.
