PURPOSE: An information processing unit and a method thereof are provided to control the status display of a printing job according to the presence of an output of a printing device regardless of a preview of the printing job. CONSTITUTION: A state information display unit displays the status information of a job existing in a printing queue(213) through a display unit. An obtaining unit acquires the set up information of the job existing in the printing queue. A job determining unit judges the job outputted in a printing device(230) based on the set up information. The state information display unit does not display the status information of the job which is not outputted in the printing device, but displays the status information of the job which is outputted in the printing device through the display unit. |
