<p>A load in gathering statistical information is reduced. An acquisition unit (1a) acquires a plurality of pieces of statistical information (3a, 3b, 3c) relating to communication on the basis of user data (2) received by a communication device (1), and generates transfer statistical information (5) to which management information (4a, 4b, 4c) corresponding to the respective statistical information is added. A control unit (1b) transfers the transfer statistical information (5) generated by the acquisition unit (1a) to a storage unit (1c) through direct memory access.
