Water heater with thermally insulated holder

The heater has a water inlet and a water outlet interconnected to an internal bag to transmit water flowing into the internal bag. A heat source heats water in the internal bag, and a shell covers the internal bag. An internal hanger is provided between the internal bag and the shell, and an insulating unit comprises two insulating members arranged on opposite sides of the internal hanger and connected to each other. A nut is detachedly arranged in one of the insulating members, and a bolt is extended to penetrate the shell and the internal hanger and matched with a nut.
