<p>The device (1) has a control device comprising a holder for a flexible container i.e. disposable garbage sack, that is inserted into a flat vacuum opening. A welding device is arranged within a framed seal (9) of the vacuum opening that has a fixedly held base plate (6). A pivotally movable plate is attached to the base plate as a downholder (8), where the base plate and downholder are locked by laterally arranged fastening clamps. The welding device is arranged on the base plate and/or downholder, and lies within the seal during lowering of the downholder.</p> |
