<p>A sprocket (30) is provided having a plurality of teeth (32) around its circumference. Adjacent teeth (32) are separated by roots (34) each having a root radius (R1, R2, or R3) defined as the distance between the center of the sprocket (30) and a point along the root (34) closest to the sprocket center in a radial direction.
