PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an activator in a laver farm is provided to economic property and green laver removal efficiency and to reduce water quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an activator in a laver farm comprises: a step of dissolving 50g of sulfuric anhydride and 50g of liquid chlorine in a reaction tank containing 1000ml of water; a step of maintaining in the reaction tank at 80°C and adding 105g of hydrochloric acid(35%), 30g of urea, and 15g of benzoyl peroxide and stirring to prepare hydrochloric acid composition; a step of mixing 150g of acetic acid to the reaction tank to prepare a hydrochloric acid and acetic acid composition; a step of dissolving 150g of citric acid and oxalic acid to prepare 1000g of hydrochloric acid and organic acid composition; and a step of mixing the hydrochloric acid composition.
