PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for managing security document are provided to enhance the security of the document forwarded to the outside by the certification of the sender account information, insertion of the download-only address to the e-mail, and the certification of the receiver account information. CONSTITUTION: A mail delivery checker(210) confirms the outside sending request of the e-mail, in which a security document is attached, from a sending terminal group. If the sender account information of the e-mail is certificated, a sender certification unit(220) saves the security document and creates a download-only address of the security document. If the important information is not included in the security document, a mail transmitter(240) inserts the download-only address to the e-mail and sends the e-mail. If a receiving terminal request the download of the security document, a receiver certification unit(250) transmits the security document to the receiving terminal on the basis of the certification result of the receiver account information. |
