<p>PURPOSE: A device for sorting and receiving solar-cell wafers is provided to uniformly receive the solar-cell wafers using wafer-bin-units which are capable of being tilted and elevated with respect to a transferring conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A wafer transferring unit(10) transfers each of solar-cell wafers. Based on pre-set test standards, a wafer inspecting unit(20) inspects the solar-cell wafers. A wafer sorting and receiving unit(30a) receives the solar-cell wafers in each wafer-bin based on grades which is sorted by the inspection result. A wafer conveyor transfers the solar-cell wafers to the wafer-bin.</p> |
