<p>PURPOSE: A secondary battery is provided to simplify a processing procedure, to improve reliability, and to enable the omission of the configuration of an insulating plate and a terminal plate since a negative electrode tab is directly connected with an electrode terminal using a second screw. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery includes: an electrode assembly(12) including a positive electrode plate(15), a negative electrode plate(13) and a separator(14); a positive electrode tab(16) and a negative electrode tab(17) which are respectively connected to the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate; a housing which houses the electrode assembly and opened one side; a plate(40) sealing the opened part of the housing; a coupling part(45) which is formed in order to protrude from the plate in a non-penetrating structure; and a first tab terminal for electrically connecting the positive electrode plate to the plate.</p> |
