PURPOSE: A WPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network) based service channel application system and method thereof are provided to sense the deterioration of data channel in a host device and to reallocate a sensed data channel to a new channel. CONSTITUTION: A host device(100) changes a data channel of a client device on a wireless network. A client device(200) measures a signal parameter through a specific data channel with a host device on a wireless network. The client device senses the signal quality of a downlink data slot included in the specific data channel. The client device requests the change of a data slot that is downloaded to the host device.
