PURPOSE: A biochemical material detecting apparatus using fluorescence is provided to reduce the measurement error caused by the dispersion and reflection of light irradiated from a light source and to simplify a structure. CONSTITUTION: A biochemical material detecting apparatus using fluorescence comprises: a light source(30) coupled to one spot inside a body unit(20); a fluorescence signal generation unit(40) inputted with a detector, which reacts to sample and detects a biochemical material, to make the sample and the detector react to each other and to generate fluorescence signals from the sample and the detector reacted by light irradiated from the light source; and a fluorescence signal detection unit(50) spaced out from the fluorescence signal generation unit and coupled to the inside of the body unit to detect the fluorescence signals irradiated from the fluorescence signal generation unit.
