PURPOSE: A curve electric power delivery device is provided to provide a certain rotation force to a quartz crucible by using the friction between a vertical power transfer unit and a horizontal power transfer unit. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal power transfer unit(20) is connected to a horizontal rotation shaft through a connection axis. The connection axis is comprised of a plurality of connection holes and a plurality of connecting members. The connection axis of the horizontal transfer unit is vertical to an operation pulley which is mounted on the both sides of the connection axis. A motor applies a torque to the connection axis of the horizontal power transfer unit. A gear box is combined with the rotation shaft of the motor and is interlinked. A vertical power transfer unit has one side combined in a gear box and the other side combined in the connection axis. A rotary actuator(40) is comprised of a rotator and an operation rotary shaft.
