PURPOSE: A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition is provided to ensure excellent property balance of fluidity, impact strength, and heat resistance as well as excellent flame retardant characteristic and transparency. CONSTITUTION: A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 50~99 parts by weight of an aromatic polycar resin and (B) 1~30 parts by weight of a mixture, wherein the mixture includes (B1) 5~50 weight% of one or more phosphagens selected from linear phosphagen of chemical formula 1 or cyclic phosphagen of chemical formula 2 and (B2) 50~95 weight% of phosphoric acid ester compounds of chemical formula 3.
