摘要 PURPOSE: Device and method for controlling the weaving welding of a robot are provided to maintain uniform current values on weaving motion ends and prevent the quality decrease of real welding. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the weaving welding of a robot comprises a current measuring unit(100), a current sampling unit(102), a robot control unit(104) and a robot driving unit(106). The current measuring unit measures current values according to the weaving welding operation of the robot. The current sampling unit determines a current sampling section on the current values measured through the current measuring unit. The robot control unit generates a curve shape of a weaving welding control signal based on the current sampling section determined through the current sampling unit. The robot driving unit determines the weaving motion of the robot according to the weaving welding control signal generated through the robot control unit.
