<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce bitter taste of a bottled drink containing non-polymeric catechins in high concentration without spoiling taste and flavor. <P>SOLUTION: The bottled drink contains (A) non-polymeric catechins in 0.05-0.5 mass%, (B) a calcium compound in an amount having a mass ratio of (B): the calcium compound/(A): the non-polymeric catechins in 0.001-1.0 and (C) a sweetener in 0.0001-20 mass% and has (D) a rate of non-polymeric catechin gallates in 5-95 mass% and (E) pH 2.5-5.1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
