A wireless base station (200) includes: a detector (202) for detecting radio interference between the wireless base station and another wireless base station; and a transiting controller (203) for transiting a state of a wireless terminal (300), the wireless terminal performing a wireless communication with the wireless base station in a first state, to a change state in which a frequency used between the wireless base station (200) and the wireless terminal (300) is changed while a communication connection between the wireless base station and the wireless terminal is kept to be established, upon detecting the radio interference.
