PURPOSE: An air cooling type fishing lamp apparatus is provided to simplify the maintenance and repair thereof and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: An air cooling type fishing lamp apparatus comprises: a case; a metal circuit board(10) installed in the case; a plurality light emitting diodes(13) which are installed at a constant interval in the front of the metal circuit board; a heat releasing plate(20) which is fixed to the back of the metal circuit board and releases heat generated from the light emitting diode; and a heat sink(30) which is installed on the back of the heat releasing plate to correspond to the number of the light emitting diode.
