PURPOSE: A manufacturing device for mixed soil and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture high quality mixed soil by sorting impurities contained in soil and a large size aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device for mixed soil includes a filter(2), a storage tank(3), a tub(4), a first densitometer (D1), a moisture content conditioning tank(5), an agitating tub(6), a second densitometer(D2), a firming agent storage tank (HT), a water tank(WT), a reservoir(7), a feeder(8), a mixing tub(9), a bubble generator(A), a coagulation hardening regulator feeder(B), and a controller(CT). The filter filters soil supplied from a field and separates the filtered impurities and aggregate. The storage tank stores the filtered soil. The reservoir agitates second slurry using a vane. The feeder transfers the second slurry to a construction space. The mixing tub mixes bubbles and the coagulation hardening regulator.
