The arrangement has a membrane-construction produced by contacting a lipid membrane (4) with a membrane body and fusion of membranes using a membrane fusion-inducing material e.g. ethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol. The membrane-construction contains a biochemically active material to be examined. The lipid membrane is formed as a planar lipid membrane or closed membrane such as supported bilayer on a particulate carrier or suspended bilayer on a porous particle or a vesicle (2) that is filled with fluid or gel. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a measuring arrangement.
