<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for fabricating the same are provided to reduce a process for manufacturing a large size of a module by combining a positive electrode and a negative electrode through liquid sealant. CONSTITUTION: An opposite electrode(120) is separated from a semiconductor electrode. An electrolyte(131) is interposed between the semiconductor electrode and the opposite electrode. A liquid sealant is formed around a region having no electrolyte. The semiconductor electrode is comprised of a conductive substrate, a transparent conductive layer, and a transition metal oxide layer. The transparent conductive layer has doped Fluorine or is comprised of F-doped SnO2(FTO), Sn-doped In2O3, ITO(indium tin oxide), SnO, and ZnO. The opposite electrode is comprised of a conductive substrate, a transparent conductive layer, and a platinum layer(125).</p> |
