PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for keratin removal is provided to ensure less skin irritation and moisturizing. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for keratin removal contains 1-20 weight parts of polyol; 10-80 weight parts of organic or inorganic powder which is insoluble in the water; 0.5-10 weight parts of polymer forming powder and scrub particles; and a neutralizing agent. The powder is silicic acid, siliate, talc, kaolin, muscovitum, sericite, betonite, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, or titanium oxide. The polymer is carboxy vinyl polymer, acrylate copolymer, or crosslinking copolymer.
