CONDENSING BOILER WITH DH WATER PREHEATING FOR CHP PLANT

PURPOSE: A condensing boiler for cogeneration using district heating water is provided to prevent low temperature corrosion by supplying region hot-water to a DH(District Heating) economizer. CONSTITUTION: A condensing boiler for cogeneration using district heating water comprises an exhausted heat recovery boiler(110), a chimney(120), a DH fuel economizer(130), a condensing DH fuel economizer(140), and a heat pump(150). The chimney emits the combustible waste gas, which is exhausted from the exhausted heat recovery boiler, into the atmosphere. The DH fuel economizer discharges hot-water by heating the region hot-water using the remaining heat of combustible waste gas. The condensing coil of the condensing DH fuel economizer is installed on the backend of the coil of the DH fuel economizer. The heat pump collects cools the cold water of the condensing DH fuel economizer and collects the heat of the combustible waste gas. The heat pump heats the region hot-water, flowing in the DH fuel economizer, and discharges the heated water to the DH fuel economizer.
