PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to increase the strength of sunlight by vibrating incident light. CONSTITUTION: In a solar cell and a manufacturing method of the same, a substrate is processed by surface treatment to minimize the reflectivity of sunlight. An optical crystal layer(14) has a grid structure by etching the substrate. A quantum dot layer(16) is formed on the top of the optical crystal layer by depositing a thin film material. An n-junction layer is formed on the top of the quantum dot layer. An anti-reflection layer(22) is formed on the top of the n-junction layer to block the reflection of the sunlight. The optical crystal layer incuse a plurality of needle-shaped etching grooves by etching a surface structural layer.
