PURPOSE: An operating system for supporting a user interface alteration is provided to improve the facility of a user operation by operating a system based on the request for the alteration of user environment. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(101) receives a request for altering a user environment during the OS installation. A controller(105) completes the OS installation based on the request for the alteration. The controller operates the system according to the request for alteration using the installed OS. A display unit(103) displays the operation state of the system. The input unit can receive the request for altering a configuration, function, or screen display of the system.
