PURPOSE: A forced circulation type livestock excrement fermenter using solar energy is provided to maintain the constant temperature of livestock excrements in winter for the fermentation. CONSTITUTION: A forced circulation type livestock excrement fermenter using solar energy comprises the following: a cylindrical fermentation tank(510) for storing livestock excrements; a cylindrical outer tank(540) separately surrounding the outside of the fermentation tank; a first thermal medium cut-out unit(520) forming a helix conduit line; a second thermal medium cut-out unit(530) dividing the inside of the helix conduit line into a first conduit line and a second conduit line; and a thermal medium transferring heat from the solar energy heat collector to the livestock excrements.
