PURPOSE: A water flow preventing device is provided to prevent water from falling to the shoulder after rinsing and drying long hair. CONSTITUTION: A water flow preventing device comprises: a neck support which is connected to user's neck; a shawl which is connected to the neck support; and a hair supporting board which is connected to the shawl. The supporting board is placed on shoulder, receives the water falling from hair, and prevents clothes from being wet. |
