PURPOSE: An LED(Light Emitting Diode) lead frame supply device of an injection mold apparatus is provided to is injected in the location exact which the LED lead frame by the LED lead frame is supply and fix not dropping flatly. CONSTITUTION: An LED(Light Emitting Diode) lead frame supply device of an injection mold apparatus comprises: a unwinding unit(50), a movable pulling unit(30), a pulled unit(32), a pair of fixing units(40a,40b), and a winding unit. An interleaving paper(102) and the LED lead frame(100) are rolled with interleaving paper recovering unit(52) of the unwinding unit. The movable pulling unit and the pulled unit are pulled to a injection mold unit(20) the LED lead frame. The pair of fixing units is fixed injection mold unit moved the LED lead frame by the movable pulling unit and the pulled unit.
